Who made you feel welcomed when you joined EY?

At EY, we pride ourselves on welcoming new team members as if they are already part of the EY family. From designated "greeters" in each office to welcome new hires on their first day and give them an office tour, to peer buddies assigned to each new hire to give them the lay of the land, we truly try to make the process of joining us and getting integrated as pleasant as possible.
