Interviewing with EY: a two-way process.

The EY application process begins at your college’s career development office where you can learn about the first steps you need to take to join us. Once you’re in touch with one of the recruiters assigned to your area of interest, you may be selected to meet a manager or even a partner who can provide you with more information about your potential responsibilities. In addition, you may get an opportunity to meet the team and see the work environment. Be prepared to talk about yourself, relevant work experience, what you’re passionate about and your point of view on current market trends and sector developments. We want to get to know you as an individual and discover your strengths and capabilities.

Interviewing at EY is an opportunity for you to discover whether this is the place you want to be, as much as it's our chance to see whether you’d be right for us.

International Intern Leadership Conference

The IILC is an annual five-day event held in Orlando, Florida. Interns focus on their professional development by attending workshops and participating in innovative team-building activities. During general sessions, interns will learn from our leaders and network with peers who, like themselves, will be the future leaders of EY. Interested in an EY internship? Visit your college’s career development office for more information.

Emerging Leaders Program

Taking part in one of our local Emerging Leaders Programs will give you the opportunity to explore your potential as a leader through a one- to three-day program at an EY member firm or a nearby location. The program is designed for students at least two years from graduation who are studying accounting and/or business and have an interest in professional services.

Through the ELP, you’ll get to know more about EY’s culture, people and practices. You’ll experience our culture firsthand as you forge relationships with EY employees and fellow students. See your college’s career development office for more information.

Global Student Experience

With international assignments in major cities across the globe, the Global Student Experience (GSE) allows interns to collaborate and build relationships with people of diverse backgrounds – both professionally and culturally. It begins in June in the intern’s home office. The intern then works in an EY member firm in a different country for four weeks, and finally returns to the home office to complete the internship. Your campus recruiter can give you more information about the GSE.

This program has been pivotal in my transition from a college student to a professional. The opportunity to explore and be a part of different EY teams raised my awareness of all it has to offer outside of what is mentioned on the organization's website or even in orientations.
